Gas Patio Heaters

On the contrary, gas patio heaters are mobile as the fuel tanks are located at the base of the heater. The burner is usually found on top of the post. The flame is produced by burning the gas which will be turned against that metal screen hence the heat so radiated is stopped by the reflector from rising upwards.

A patio heater should be chosen according to layout, fuel supply, etc. The heater works on the BTU of your heater. A typical residential gas patio heater comes with 40,000 Btu’s and heats up to 20 feet in diameter, enough for to members. Much heat cannot be radiated from a small table top heater, but it can surely keep two people very warm and comfortable. The other features of gas patio heaters are steel burner, pushbutton piezo ignition for quick start, safety tilt switch and easy cylinder valve access to provide indoor comfort outdoors. For best safety, the unit comes with a tilt switch that puts off the fuel if in case the heater tips over.

These heaters require a professional help to set up. Using natural gas is always better to using propane as you might not have to run out of gas and keep changing the cylinders. Most of these patio heaters are priced at $900 and above up to $2000 also. It is hard to change the position of the heater when you face some problems with the wind.

Garden benches are quite symbolic to peace and tranquility where you can become one with the outdoor/nature. For a good aesthetic feel in the garden it is good to go for some bench which is made up of cedar or teak. They give a sense of warmth than heavy metal benches which are quite cold. Teak produces rot resistant chemicals making it last long. And also for a contrasting sense against the green of the trees, plants or lawn.
